Return Shipping and Product Condition
To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be received by us in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and materials, where applicable.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products upon receipt. Refunds may be reduced or denied if the product shows signs of use, damage, wear, alteration, missing components, or any condition that prevents the item from being resold as new.
Unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
