Hear for Norfolk offers hearing aid consumables for your NHS-funded hearing aids through our Hearing Support Service and Adult Audiology Aftercare Service.
Consumables for patients under our Adult Audiology Aftercare Service can be ordered online and posted to your home address free of charge.
For patients supported by our Hearing Support Service, we encourage collection from our Meridian Way clinic or one of our mobile services where possible. Postal delivery may be arranged for patients who are housebound or who do not have someone able to collect items on their behalf.
Please complete this form and click ‘Submit’ and our team will reconcile this to your records and send out the consumables you have requested. We aim to send all requests within 5 working days (please allow up to another 5 working days for postal delivery).
