Summer Performance Camp

Week 1: 9-11th December

Choose shirt size and one hat only. Shirt and hat will be available on arrival. (Wrong sizes can be corrected on camp).

Dates: 3 day camp - 11-18th December.

Location: Fitstop, 351 Logan Road, Stones Corner, QLD 4120.

Recommended for athletes aged U9-U16. Spots are limited – camp capped at 24 athletes.

What to bring to camp:

Mandatory

  • Trainers/runners (for gym & speed work)

  • Water bottle (large – 1L+)

  • Lunch & Healthy snack (fruit bar, banana, etc.)

  • Towel

  • Any personal medication (e.g., inhaler)

Recommended

  • Football boots (for pitch sessions)

  • Change of clothes (dry top + socks)

  • Notebook & pen (for learning workshops)

  • Hat & sunscreen (outdoor sessions)

  • Light jacket (weather-dependent)

Strength & Power:
Age-appropriate gym training to build speed, reduce injury risk and improve movement quality.

Speed Training with Timing Gates:
Acceleration, max velocity, change of direction - with measurable results.

HealthKix Olympics
Team competition to push players physically and mentally through challenges that reward effort, consistency, and teamwork.

Nutrition Workshop:
How to fuel for games, snacks for energy, hydration and recovery meals.

Psychology Workshop:
Confidence, focus, resilience and staying composed under pressure.

This camp is built for young players who want to have fun and grow - physically, mentally and emotionally.
